Hi, I’m Lumi, Accredited Journey Practitioner and Life Coach.
Over the last 14 years, I’ve studied with one of the top emotional healing and life transformation companies in the world and have spent much of my time exploring the deeper layers of my being, discovering my true life’s purpose. To that end, I specialize in helping women transition from a job/career to uncovering their true life’s purpose in order to create a meaningful, purposeful, joyous life. That's what I love to do, that’s what I’m really passionate about.
It wasn’t always this way. In late 2004, I had an awakening to possibility, Life invited me to show up in a larger way, and I didn’t respond the way I was called to, I didn’t heed the impulse to share what I experienced, what I realized to be true, and I shrunk back down. In the ensuing years, I felt more and more that my life wasn’t what it was meant to be, I felt frustrated, anxious, hollowed out. I wondered, where was the meaning, the joy in my life? It couldn’t be just continuing on with what I’d been doing. Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with a job. As a matter of fact, I’ve been a hair stylist for over 35 years, and as much as I have loved it, it lost its sparkle and I had the sense that it was time to transition to what really calls my heart, what lights me up and also serves others in a deeper and more profound way. I can pinpoint the moment where it became clear to me that I had to step up for real, that life was, again, inviting me to play in a larger, more congruent way. It was at an 8-day retreat, and I fully realized what was holding me back – ME! My fears and conditioning from the past and what I believed to be possible for me stood in the way of embodying my true greatness and authenticity.
During my own transition, I had so much support and guidance from some of the top people in this industry that I'm so grateful for. That experience has lead me to offer the same kind of support and guidance to other women. It's my joy, my passion, helping others discover their joy, their passion, that thing that lights YOU up!

I achieve results for my clients by using a proven and tested 7 step process utilizing The Journey Method processes and my own technology. It starts with discovering my client's true life’s purpose and core values and leads right into manifesting it in a most effortless and congruent way, short cutting the pain points and frustration. This is what’s different about this method as opposed to other life coaching programs; a simple and effortless way to uncover and release the “silent saboteurs” that are working in the background, the ones that have protected you for ages… the ones that are no longer serving you and keeping you from living your best life. This process works from the inside out, fulfilling your desire for meaning and authenticity, enabling you to share the gift that you are and ultimately change the world, shifting its consciousness.
Supportive Transition
It can feel daunting, challenging or even overwhelming making a transition in your 40s, 50s, or even 60s! Those in their 30s aren’t excluded either. It can feel so painful realizing you’re not spending your life doing what feeds the soul, I’ve been there, denying and negating my own gifts and I’m here to help, so that doesn’t happen to you! During my transition to building and achieving my dream with my beloved, I realized how much support I’d had along the way, and I realized I wanted to be that support for other women as well.
