I'm honored to offer you and your family support and guidance to navigate your loved one's end of life. I've been through it myself, most recently with both my husband and my mother passing within 3.5 months. I've learned a lot about this process, and I'd love to be of service to you, drawing on my recent experiences utilizing tried and true tools.
Our culture is terrible with end of life, most of us try not to think about it at all, let alone being able to talk about it. I'm here to help bridge that gap, leaning into healthy ways to bear the unbearable. Offering help for each step of the way.
I'm passionate about meeting, talking about and holding a cradle for the hard or scary stuff so we can live more fully, and in time, more joyfully with a minimum of regret.
There are so many walking wounded, people who don't know what to do with the emotions, the feelings, and COVID didn't help. There ARE healthy ways to navigate all of this, to be able to meet the emotion, the feelings without wallowing, stuffing or having it explode outwards.
My heart is with those struggling with loss, I want to help, I'm here to help.
